Student Grade Level

Step 2 - Schedule Your Interview

Once we've reviewed your tour request, LCA staff will reach out and schedule your tour date and time.

Step 3 - Collect Materials

Once your tour and interview have been scheduled, please collect the following documents and bring them with you for your tour.

  • A copy of child's transcript (you do not need to request “official transcripts” from their school, only a copy. When an applicant is accepted for enrollment, LCA will request “official transcripts” from their current school.)

  • Recent report card

  • Standardized test grades

  • Discipline records

  • Attendance records

  • IEP/504 (if necessary, will be reviewed by LCA staff)

Step 4 - Interview & Tour

Enjoy your tour at LCA. We'll show you around our campus, get to know you and your family. We'll spend time learning about your student and answering any questions you or your student may have about LCA.

Please note, potential students must attend the interview and tour.

Step 5 - File Official Application

Once you've completed your tour and would like to proceed, please contact our Admissions Department. They will email you detailed instructions on filing your application online.

Pre-K4 & Kindergarten Information

By September 30th, students must turn four years old for the Pre-K4 class and must turn five years old for kindergarten (unless already at LCA and naturally progressing) and FULLY potty trained - also means no pull ups during day or night. Anytime there is an accident, your child will need to be picked up from school (no aides).

Additional Information

Academic content evaluation of new students is likely to occur in order to properly identify grade-level proficiency of students. This information, along with previous academic records shall be reviewed for appropriate placement considerations. Evaluations begin in mid-June and continue through the summer. Evaluation dates/times are scheduled between families and school.

The evaluation typically takes an hour to complete. Cell phones are not permitted in the evaluation area. Parents may choose to wait on campus or run errands locally and will be notified when the evaluation is completed.

Appointments for evaluations can be made through the Admissions Office by calling 540-877-7336 or emailing admissions@legacychristian-academy.com.
